Do I Need A Real Estate License or Any Other License To Do This?

No, you will not need any licenses to do most inspections, but if you have a real estate license you could become eligible for additional assignments. The same is true if you happen to be a certified home inspector, a licensed contractor, drone pilot, appraiser, or an insurance adjuster. In the training we will show you how to add these licenses to your profile to become eligible for certain assignments that are limited to licensed individuals.
